• Cost
• Controls
• Insulation
• The heat loss of the property
• Alternatives
• Safety
• Effect on laminate, wooden or other flooring
• Any pipework which may have been incorrectly fitted (i.e. copper pipes laid in concrete or screed or plastered into walls.
•  The boiler is correctly fitted, flued and the correct distances from surrounding openings
• The correct combustion of the North Sea Gas methane (CH4) by the adequate supply of oxygen (O) to ensure safe Carbon di Oxide (CO2) not deadly Carbon mon Oxide (CO):
• o   Correct – CH₄ + 20₂ = 2H₂O + CO₂
• o   Incorrect and deadly = CH₄ + Insufficient O = 2H₂0 + CO
