The door linings and frames are installed plumb, level and square.  Movement out of this range is indicative of structural movement which needs to be considered and if necessary addressed.  The doors should be detailed to be wind and water tight.

They should be fitted correctly and have sufficient hinges and furniture.

They should open and close snugly and be wind, water, sound and fire tight
